In-Process Monitoring
Heating profiles, laminate thickness, pressure cycles, gel times, curing, trimming and bonding parameters are recorded and controlled.
First-Off and Batch Approvals
Initial parts are checked against drawings and CAD to validate geometry, visual quality and process stability.
Tooling and Equipment Calibration
Moulds, CNC patterns, measuring instruments and fixtures are periodically calibrated to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Final Inspection and Validation
Surface finish, dimensional tolerances, structural points and assembly fitment are verified before dispatch.
Documentation and Full Traceability
Each batch is linked to its material lot, tooling revision, process log, QC sheet and final inspection record.
