How does the forming process work

Plastic sheets are heated until flexible, then shaped over a mould using vacuum or pressure. This delivers controlled wall thickness, clean surfaces and stable structures suited for industrial use.

ABS, HIPS, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, PETG, HDPE and similar plastics are compatible. Thickness ranges from thin gauge to heavy duty sheets based on strength and design needs.
