What is RTM and Silicon Bagging ?

How does the process work

RTM injects resin into a closed mould containing dry fibre reinforcements. Silicon bagging uses a flexible reusable membrane to apply uniform pressure during curing. Both processes deliver consistent, high strength composite parts.

Glass fibre, carbon fibre and hybrid reinforcements can be used. Resin systems include polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy based on strength, temperature, or chemical resistance needs.

Ideal for medium sized, complex shapes that require controlled thickness. Internal ribs, channels and structural features can be integrated within the moulded part.
